SYSTEM
The aerial impact mitigation system is designed to mitigate against the catastrophic events resulting in a falling tool-string during wireline operations. This event is referred to as a UPO (unintentional pull-off) or failure at the rope socket.

The Quick Connect is designed to make connection remotely with the wellhead during site operations. It compliments site safety by eliminating the risk of potential injury associated with operating around high-pressure wells.

HLA + Tool Catcher
When used in conjunction, both the AIMS Tool-Catcher and Quick Connect serve to compliment overall operations by mitigating falling objects during the transition phase to and from the well and effectively increases efficiency during the well servicing operations as a hydraulic latching assembly, allowing for connection to the well head as well as providing overhead protection in the event of a rope socket failure..
